2024 will be our 17th year fundraising. In that time, Brown Boys Benefit has founded and funded the NICU Family Support Programs at Children’s Minnesota Hospitals in St. Paul and Minneapolis as well as Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. We have also supported the NICU Family Support Program, the Breast Milk Equity Project, the NICU Lactation Care Kits program, and the Perinatal Mental Health Project at M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital. Finally, we have provided individual hospital and family grants to give things like Christmas presents, Mother’s Day & Father's Day gifts, and financial support to NICU families.
In 2023, Brown Boys Benefit shattered its goal and donated $223,000. While we are left speechless by the continued generosity of all those who support Brown Boys Benefit, we know that the need is still great. We know that almost 5,000 NICU families and babies find themselves in need of support in Minnesota each year. Because everything we do is for these families and babies, we strive to raise our goal every year. In 2024, our goal is $250,000. We have donated in our time over $1,300,000. With your support, we will continue to bolster mothers, families, and babies in their fight for life.
